Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–4 business days from the moment they are placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping Time:
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times:
- Domestic (within Canada): 3–7 business days
- US: 3-7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic: Free standard shipping for orders over [$15 CAD], otherwise a flat rate of [$12 CAD] will apply.
- US: Free standard shipping for orders over [$250 CAD], otherwise a flat rate of [$20 CAD] will apply.
- International: Flat rate of $25 CAD for standard shipping.
- Please note, international shipments (including U.S.) may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Delays:
